Seeking Its Level
As a stream windes down
Looking for the sea
So life seeks out
Its own conclave-ity
Parallels between life and water
Are ancient and universal
They both seek their level
They both reach for their source
Existance cycles from source
To level to source – water is life
No water – we’re extinct – beliefe
Systems – indulged irrelavance

I enjoyed your poem. I am not a Hindu, but I like this mantra about water. It’s very poetic, and touches a little on what you’ve written. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hKE38CBc3rs

Yes, some interesting parralleles. I’ve meditated for most of my life. I have used the mantra ‘OM’, based on my early delving into Yoga, but also count breaths in the Zen fasion. To me, simpler is better. I’m not Hindu either. The water imagry is prevelent in Taoist thought as well as in the Vedantic phiosophy. It is also prevelent in Native (indigenous) American spirtuality.
