once a heavy dietary influence
now makes me sneeze

lactose intolerance, it seems
like most of humanity’s
dietary allergies

plus carcinogenic proteins
from animal flesh
super processed to last forever

at least at Micky-dee’s

sounds appetizing, I know
processed foods killing you
ever so slowly in your sleep

with incurable cancers
and legitimate questions
go unanswered

from the commercial food
industry, misdirecting
and denying

with extinction beckoning
