Ancient And More Modern Wisdoms
Some say, Jesus
some say, Lao Tzu
there’s Muhammad
Plato, Gurgiff, Buddha,
and Confucious too
only to name a few
– and that’s a mouthful –
they say it’s too
ambiguous
wisdom is disguised
where’s the
ambiguity in
living simple lives
it’s an ancient line
life allows no crime
but wisdom in disguise
should make us realize
that what goes up
must come back
down and
many things are
cheaper when
purchased by the
pound
everyone is
innately good
and everyone
innately bad
in reality
morality
is a social
fad
LOOK
the grass so
green
it really is
serene
in full-grown
beauty the
truth of
life is
seen
or not
as the case
may be
depending on
who’s looking
or cooking
or fooking
and who’s
being looked
cooked or
fooked
get it
no
ah well
there you go…
