Survival

But in the case of humans
It’s mostly mis-perceptions
Even to those from the same
Families and communities

There are the
Unconscious
Assumptions
Prejudices
And fantasies
Based on the ‘invisible’
Hormones
Pheromones

And let’s not forget
Indoctrination and
Conditioning

Even with millions of
Dictionaries and thesauri
Humans mis-perceive
More often than not
Both intentionally
And not.

The thread of human history
Seems a continuous
Stitching of mis-perceptions
Since our primordial
Ooze-stage
Our birth as a species

And all of our reality
So it seems
Intentionally or not
Is based on
Mostly on mis-
