What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?
For most of my life, I’ve managed on five and a half to six hrs of sleep per night. That doesn’t count the times I had to crash after being up on speed for a weekend or several nights, either studying (school) or partying during my young adulthood awakening (learning who I was life).
But for the majority of my working career and into the present, 5-1/2 to 6 is my normal. I do try to get in a 20-minute to half-hour nap most afternoons as well, if I can fit it in…
Sometimes, I feel like I need more sleep, but this is what I’m used to. So, barring an accident or institutionalization of some kind, that will continue.
