What does rest look like for me in this season of life?

It looks like rest at any other time and season, mainly doing one thing at a time, along with listening to whatever music eases my mind at any given time… gentle movement (exercise, like Tai Chi, slow walks, or an easy ride on my Catrike), naps (of course), and writing poems and rants, plus a little drawing, painting, and reading — fictions of MY choice rather than the owner curated fictions presented to us as ‘news’ and ‘learned’ scholarship — that is conditioning and propaganda… That’s about it!…; -)
