Save Our VA Protest – 10/3/25
There were five of us protesting this morning. We were at the Ajo entrance of the VA during the shift change. We protested from 6:30am to 8:30am…
Positive responses were not as numerous as last week. Unfortunately, a majority of those going in and out, pretty much ignored us. We’ll have to wait and see what next week’s event will show…

Maybe it had something to do with the government shutdown.

Perhaps, but it also may have to do with the funk I was laboring through this morning. I tried to ‘positive’ my way through it, but was probably not as successful as I’d hoped. As I’ve mentioned previously, if I don’t start the morning out ‘right’, a kind of’funk follows me most of the day… Fortunately, it has finally subsided…; -)

Yes, I like my morning routine too, when I can get it. It starts the day out on a positive note.

For me, morning and evening ‘routines’. I do like to burn sage while watching the sunset, but meditate with the sunrise…; -)
