The past few years have been filled with ‘mental fog’… Here’s hoping that some of it is finally starting to lift or at least dissipate a little. The protests of the last few months and recent elections would seem to suggest as much… I guess we’ll just have to wait and see … time will tell…

Tripping over thoughts and dreams
Nothing being what it seems
Perceptions flooding in
Misperceptions boarding on sin?

Morose, but not too gross
Laser-vision dreams dispersed
In clouds of psychedelic flotsam
And jetsam, way too close

Circadian rhythm mitigated to
Counterpoint contemplation
Pointless internal debates
Intrinsic nature seldom changes

Running ideas through our
Gatekeeper’s status-quo sieve
Imbedded deep in our muddled heads
Dismisses the novel that might succeed

For the sake of greed
