laying-on paint, running musical scales
or penning rhymes – stabilizing time

This verse is from a longer poem, That’s Life, and was an epiphany for me, of sorts (a head-nodding realization) … That’s all it ever was … just ‘stabilizing time’, and perhaps my mind, and maybe that’s their mutual definition…
