Another word for ‘technology’ is ‘artifice’ … human evolution’s propensity for communication, making tools for survival, work, exploration, and ‘civilization’. All of our tools (mental and physical) are historically defined as ‘artifacts’.

So, which would we be better off without? … I don’t know… How about any and all of those whose purposes are war, death, destruction, and subjugation? How about any that try to divide our loyalties and compassion to and for each other, humanity, and our mutual home, Mother Earth? That sounds about right to me… So, there’s a whole category or two or three that we could (no, should) eliminate immediately, if not sooner; I hope you agree…; -)
