Relative Time – In Dreamscapes

in my early years
hours felt like days and
days like weeks

but now, the years
seem like mere weeks and
days, merely hours

in my early years
i daydreamed a lot
especially in school

rather than our daily
mind-control ‘lessons’ and
conformity rules

but now, i still daydream
a lot, and relative time
seems the main psychic drain

as the far side of the dreamscape
circles into view and my second
childhood as the dream

never seems to end
