Collective Consciousness

according to early psychologists
we are all attached in a
universal unconsciousness

but what if it’s not unconscious
but perspectives of the same
consciousness pervading all

the entire universe

a universe of layers and perspectives
from so-called ‘matter’
consciousness limited and basic

to so-called sentients
with more complicated perspectives
more self-aware

perspectives of the conscious universe
morality but a means of control
one group of sentients over another

in the universal collective consciousness
and ours but waves of perspective
rippling through it all…
