In my youth and young adulthood? Definitely not; two failed marriages, religious cult associations, and near lifestyle induced death would seem to indicate.

In my current phase of life, I’ve been much better at it, as my nearly 30-year relationship with my current partner and my small but committed codre of friends would seem to confirm.

So, currently, yes, I’m a ‘pretty good’ judge of character … at least until I’m not … again …; -)
