In My Morning Seat
sitting meditating
morning doves
outside my window
hoo-hoo-hoooo
hoo-hoo-hoooo
who-who-whooooo
sitting meditating
traffic cacophony
a few streets away
background static
through wind chimes
imminent rain signs
bathe sunbaked grounds
wildflowers bloom
beside cactus spines
hillside climbs can still
hear the chimes resonating
