A World More Kind

unbind, unwind
from a mostly
unkind day

dystopian signs
from world leaders
flood the airwaves

cause a clenching
a rigidity in my body
and in my mind

perhaps the long sleep
transmigration
to another plane

returning millenia hence
may find a society
a world more kind

but I have my doubts
