I’m a longtime practitioner and supporter of Tai Chi and Qigung, and recommend their practice for better health and mental clarity for people of all ages. They are gentle exercises, combined with slow intentional movement and awareness of Chi (energy) moving through your body and your surrondings, often referred to as ‘Meditation in Motion’.
The painting below is a depiction of the Tai Chi movement, Snake Creeps Down. I call the painting ‘Meditation by Moonlight.
