Definition Please!

Does this prompt refer to a ‘younger’ self (in my current incarnation), an ancient ‘incarnation’, or incarnations of me within my current lifespan?

First: I can’t speak to former lives, as reincarnation has no scientific evidence supporting it, only ‘testimonials’ and hearsay, and ‘true beleivers’… so, can’t speak to that.

But, for what I can speak to, I’ve finally learned to ‘let go and let nature’, trusting the universe, following the ‘watercourse way’;  and much better than I ever did in my youth…; -)
