Change

must embrace it
don’t have to like
or agree with it

must just learn to accept
and work with and around it
to survive and thrive

since it’s the only constant
those who reject and deny it
merely refuse to see what is

create sanctimony
and suffering by
judgement and accusation

anything different from
what they grew up on
is evil or bad

against God or Nature or
whatever you’re prone to call it
seen as negative with no redemption

too binary in a universe defined by
probability fields and waves
between all binaries

yes, many shades of grays
change just is
not good or bad, just is

to embrace is to evolve
to what end, who knows
probable extinction

as all else goes
